Hoya affinis

Affinis is a newly released hoya (2020)

The leaves are pubescence and light green medium sized.

Flowers: Yellow with red edges, this hoya needs very bright light and quite long stems to get it to bloom.

Affinis is from Solomon Islands where its hot and humid and has average temps of 27 all year round.

Moderate to warm rage hoya, Outside in summer would be find in Perth, but keep indoors or protected over Winter, no less than 15 degrees.

Affinis like lots of water in summer and keep it dryer in winter and let it dry out between waterings to avoid root rot.

Meally bugs love this one, so do be on the constant watch for the pests.
