Shipping

All plants are sent by express post with tracking on Monday or Tuesday only. Postage is a flat rate of $15 plus $1 per plant.

All plants are sent without the pot but with as much soil as possible to keep the plant happy whilst in transit. At Bloomin’ Fun we keep our plants small so postage is easy and viable, once you receive your plant please repot and feed with a very light dose of Seasol to help it recover from its travels.

Bloomin’ Fun has been packaging and sending plants for 2 years and are happy that it will arrive safely and in the best shape, we are however not responsible for how your plant is treated during transit and are not accountable for this.

REFUNDS

When plants leave our premises, we are confident that the plant is rooted, has new growth, and has the potential to grow into a vibrant plant, if your plant has arrived with a major problem, please contact Bloomin’ Fun within 24 hours of the delivery of your plant so we can help you through what to do next. We will notify you of the returns and refund process when contacted. There are no refunds for change of mind or damage during transit. As plants are perishable, we will not accept returns unless we have agreed prior to it being sent back.
